The Cybergundam Blog has been updatd with a new image of the Transformers Revenge of the Fallen transforming "mint holder".  The new image shows the item in red, which suits the Autobot symbol much better.  The mint holder will be available from Japanese cinemas.

Amazon Japan has been updated with a listing for Alternity A-01 Convoy (Super Black Edition).�

The listing includes an image of a photoshoped version of the toy, showing that it will be based on the Scourge (Nemesis Convoy) colour scheme.

The figure is due out in June and will cost 4,725 Yen.

Thanks to Oddsey for creating a thread on our Transformers Forum regarding the latest Transformers Universe toys to hit the UK thanks to the Hasbro Toy Shop.

The toys include Universe Ironhide as well as Sideswipe.

Meanwile ToyMachine believes that Argos may also have these figures in, and will be checking for you.

A big thanks to Rich for sending us a brief low-down of the Transformers items that will feature within the Autumn / Winter Argos catalogue which is due out later this month. The new stock is already appearing on the warehouse computers, though no prices have been added yet.  The items Rich has found, along with the catalogue numbers are;

387/6530 Animated Activators
387/6547 Universe Legends 3 pack
387/6554 Movie Ultimate Bumblebee (this is a different cat no. to that in the current catalogue, which could mean a regular store release rather than the limited Argos Extra as it is at the moment).

Rich points out that the figures have not arrived yet, so he can not identify exactly which ones they are.

We'd expect that the normal Transformers Animated figures will also be added to the catalogue / computers as well.

Snakas reports that Amazon.co.jp has been updated with images of Transformers Henkei Hot Rodimus, the Japanese release of Transformers Classics Rodimus. We have mirrored the images that you can see below.

Snakas has updated his blog with an article which reports on the contents of this months Hyper Hobby Magazine, the June issue. Below you will find a summary of the Transformers related contents.

Transformers Encore figures Omega Supreme and Bumble (Bumblebee) and the Minibots are shown once again in the magazine. Snakas comments that the face change for Omega Supreme is quiet obvious and is a big improvement on the original.

A larger picture of Transformers Henkei Hot Rodimus is published as well as the western versions of Ramjet and Jetfire.

Battle Damaged Optimus Prime, BT-19 and BT-20 are also included in articles within the magazine.

In a strange update to the BBFC website a new entry for Transformers appeared a few weeks ago. The listing was for a 23 minute 23 second U rated video called Transformers - Optimus Prime Vs Megatron - The Ultimate Battle. That title is the name that was used on for the DVD that came with the Transformers Classics Optimus Prime / Megatron 2 pack. The DVD is listed as containing a photo gallery as well as the episode. It seems some what strange that the DVD would just be rated, considering that the toys are no longer on general release. Its also unlikely that this is a mis-entry for the Transformers Animated DVD, as it simply is not long enough. Could it be that the Classic 2-pack will be re-released within the UK shortly, and hte DVD was re-classified, or are the BBFC just that far behind.

US online toy store, Big Bad Toy Store, have updated their site with several new listings for the Japanese Transformers Encore and Transformers Henkei figures.
