Jim Sorenson updated his blog on Tuesday with a new Ark Addendum entitled Ratbat's Transform. As you can probably guess from the title, the article focuses on the transformation sequence for the Generation One Decepticon cassette Ratbat.
Here's an update from Jim, "this week I finish up my cassette transformations. I give you...
Ratbat! It's a simple transformation. He basically unfolds, much like
the toy. The big difference is that his weapons pop out of his back,
instead of being attached manually. And one final reminder: we've got a book signing for The AllSpark Almanac Addendum this Saturday at Emerald Knights Comics & Games in Burbank. 1:00 PM on December 10th.4116 W. Burbank Blvd, Burbank, CA 91505"
Jim Sorenson has posted a new additional to his Ark Addendum yesterday called Mircobots Part 1 . Here's Jim to tell you all about it, though remember to click the link to view the character model.
"This week in The Ark Addendum... MICROBOTS! Part 1. No, it's not a
two-part episode, I just have some more designs from the episode.
Unusual ones... but we'll get to that next week.
This week's installment is the backgrounds and props from the episode.
As we all remember, the Decepticons discover the remains of their
as-yet-unnamed starship, which Beast Wars would dub Nemesis. Inside is
the Heart of Cybertron, which powers up Megatron and prompts the
Autobots to shrink down, Fantastic Voyage style, and infiltrate
Megatron's body.
To me, the stand-out models here are Floro Dery's take on Megatron's
insides. He reused some of this imagery for the inside of Unicron a
little later. It's just a lovely alien landscape, bizarre and
compelling. Hats off to you, sir, hats off."
I have added a new image gallery and episode guide to the 26th and final episode of series one of Transformers Prime. The episode, one shall stand part 3, completes the story arch for Series 1 and sets things up nicely for series 2. If you do not want to be spoiled, then it is best to avoid the gallery which contains over 350 images.
The gallery contains over 350 images from the episode at 1280x720 resolution. If you have not already seen the episode, then its best to avoid the gallery or at least to avoid reading the test that covers the events of the episode.

“MEGATRON has not been seen nor heard from in sometime, and if his

The lure of the TRANSFORMERS saga starts a new chapter as all foes
return, legendary heroes rise, and new ones are found in unlikely
places. The new CGI animated series TRANSFORMERS PRIME which currently
airs on The Hub television network and is a Hasbro Studios production,
deepens the epic mythology of both the AUTOBOTS and DECEPTICONS, while
starting fresh for a new generation of fans. Arch rivals the AUTOBOTS
and the evil DECEPTICONS, lead by MEGATRON once again face-off in their
rivalry for control of Earth in this new show. Celebrate the triumphant
return of the AUTOBOTS through cutting-edge CGI animation with
TRANSFORMERS PRIME – DARKNESS RISING. Early 2011, loyal TRANSFORMERS
fans, as well as families and kids, were introduced to this visually
stunning five-part miniseries on The Hub. OPTIMUS PRIME, BUMBLEBEE,

It's been a few weeks since I bought you some screen-captures from Transformers Prime and so I'm pleased to remedy that tonight by bringing you two new galleries for the website. First up is a gallery containing images from episode 22: Stronger, Faster which is then followed by a gallery of images from the 23rd episode of Transformers Prime.
An advert is running on Cartoon Network here in the UK advertising the debut of Transformers Prime on the 5th September 2011, so in two weeks time. Transformers Prime currently airs within the US, where the first 20 episodes have been shown, and in Canada where the first 23 episodes have aired.
Following on from the recent announcement of the Japanese release of Beast Wars II, the box art has now been released, and can be viewed below. Beast Wars II was a Japanese exclusive series that was produced to fill the gap between Japanese dubs of Beast Wars and led on to the follow-up series Beast Wars Neo. There has been no official word on whether Beast Wars Neo will be released on DVD though, personally, we are expecting that announcement shortly after the release of Beast Wars II. It is also our prediction that the series will be subbed into English and released via Shout Factory in either late 2012 or during 2013. Again there is no official confirmation of this yet, it is purely a prediction by Transformers At The Moon.
If you like Beast Wars II or want to find out more then why not check out our Toy Gallery where we have photographed many of the figures or our Prototype section that contains some pages from the animations sheets and character designs. You'll be seeing more behind the scenes details from Beast Wars II over the coming months here at Transformers At The Moon as we own hundreds of pages of character models from the show as well as some original scripts.
Jim Sorenson has updated his blog, Disciples of Boltax, with the transformation sequence for the trainbot Yukikaze. Previously Jim has posted the transformation sequences for four other members of the Trainbots, Shouki, Getsui, Seizan and Suiken but he is missing the sequence for Kaen and the gestault form Raiden. We will check through our own character / model sheets to see if we have the missing pages but in the meantime here is Jim's thoughts on the character.
BTW, Yukikaze translates roughly to "Snow Breeze." It's a fairly common
name in Anime and Manga, especially for cold-based characters. The
name itself would be reused in Beast Wars II as the space ship
(non-sentient) for the Maximals.
Our thanks go out to Rohan Mohindra, Bluestreak56, for submitting the following news
"I was just doing some BW research on Depth Charge and came across a good old G1 fav Devcon. To no surprise he was voiced by John Stephenson (very similar to Windcharger's tones) and I was saddened to learn from wikipedia that he passed away just 10 days ago.
John voiced many G1 characters including:
Alpha Trion
Bosch
Devcon
Hector Ramirez
Huffer
Kup
Professor Haley
Thundercracker
Windcharger
Of all the voice actors who participated in all four seasons of the G1 cartoon, John Stephenson was the only one who did not lend his voice to The Transformers: The Movie.
I particularly enjoyed his Windcharger, Kup, Thundercracker and Devcon voices..
Thanks John"
Jim Sorenson has updated his blog with a new Ark Addendum entitled "Suiken Transform". Continuing on from last week, this entry focuses on another member of the Trainbots. You can view the toy gallery for Suiken here.

Autorooper
Click the link or image above to view the Autorooper toy gallery. The gallery contains 94 images of this figure for your viewing pleasure.
