We purchased the very expensive, 100% Japanese, Beast Wars II Series (from which we have been producing image galleries from the episodes), so finally getting hold of more than 9 episodes of Beast Wars Neo is fantastic.

A member of Seibertron.com has found an auction on TaoBao for an upcoming Knock Off Fortress Maximus. We know that KO Toys scrapped their plans due to costs.
An interesting auction has surfaced on TaoBao that hints at a possible third-party version of Fortress Maximus, or perhaps the rumored KO. The auction is labeled G-02 Titan and as you can see the silhouetted image mirrored below (which is actually based on an official image) is almost certainly supposed to be Fort Max.Â

Million Publishing have updated their website with some more details on the 2nd volume of the Transformers Generations Book 2011 which include the revelation that the book will include images of the concept art and prototype of the largest Transformer toy ever to be released ... Fortress Maximus.
They also announced that the book will also include a "Heat Scramble Poster" and they have posted several tweets talking about it.
The book will be released on the 28th July 2011

KO Toys have announced that the manufacturer of the planned knock off Fortress Maximus has confirmed the toy has been cancelled.
With an expected price point of 400 dollars, it is said they believe the issue was the cost.

During the CybertronCon 2010 show Âin China a gold Chrome Fortress Maximus was show on display. Now the item is 100% not a Generation One prize figure and was a fan produced piece that was chromed on commission. You can tell, other than the note in-front of the toy, as the toy is completely chromed where as official Takara items use "gold plastic".
