TFW2005.com are reporting the name and character for te 2nd previously un-anounced Botcon 2011 exclusive figure. Who is the toy? Transformers Animated Fisitron. The toy is a recoloured Transformers Animated Ironhide with a new head with the character being based off the fan-favorite Ironfist seen in the IDW comics "Last Stand of the Wreckers". It is expected that this mold and head sculpt will be re-used in an army builder 3-pack of Autotroopers.

We have added a new image gallery into the Books section of the resources area of the website containing 40 images from the Transformers: Generations 2011 Vol 1book that was released by Million Publishing.
The book covers figures from the Transformers: Revenge, Transformers: DarkSide Moon, Transformers Animated and Transformers United as well as some new images of the Generation One Rodimus Prime hardcopy that was shown of a few months ago within the page of Hyper Hobby magazine. The book also includes two interviews, one with TakaraTomy the other with Kabaya, a small section on the Japanese toy leaflets, the final part of the Unite for the Universe comic and a look at the character designs for Transformers Animated.
The book is still for sale and we advise anyone who is interested to pick up a copy from a re-seller or direct from Amazon Japan.

Also, the brilliant folks at @Millionhero Publishing let me know that I am allowed to announce that I did an illustration for the upcoming TF Generations 2011 Vol. 1!
And the @ guys were very surprised and delighted by the characters I chose for the pic!
They said it was impossible for me to make Animated Optimus Prime's chin any bigger. NOW I PROVE THEM WRONG.
You can view a preview of the artwork by visiting Derrick's blog here. The book was released today in Japan

BotCon have confirmed that the BotCon Stunticon set has sold out.
BotCon Primus and Iacon and loose packages are now all sold out!
That's right, it took just a little over 5 days for all of the toy packages to be gone!
If you tried to place an order before today and your order went to
our incomplete file, no worries as we have pulled enough sets to cover
all of the incompletes. If we have any sets left after we work the
incompletes, we will put them back into inventory. We will let you know
if this happens, and it won't be for a couple of weeks. There will not
be anymore Iacon (non-attending sets).
Also, we will not be keeping a waiting list.
Please note that we are in the middle of GIJoeCon in Florida so we won't be working the incomplete files until after April 9.
We know who you are and we will follow back up with you then. Please be patient.
We still have Protoform packages available.
We look forward to seeing you in Pasadena in a couple of months!
Stay tuned for upcoming guest information!
Brian
Earlier in the week they confirmed that this year also saw the most number of people buying multiple sets, for what they thought was display reasons - but will probably actually be to sell on.
