Following on from the good news yesterday regarding the Kre-O Transformers line, Mike Cicharski has got in touch with us with some bad news if you are a Marvel Universe and Transformers Generations fan - both lines haev been dropped by Toys R Us.
Thank you for your email regarding Marvel Universe and Transformers Generations figures, I have contacted our buying department and they have advised that we have no further orders in place for both of those ranges and that they are being discontinued.
I am afraid we have sold through the remaining stock of the transformers Generations figures throughout our stores nationwide. With regards to the availability if the Marvel Universe figures we do have a lot of stock available in other stores, if there are any specific figures you are looking for we can attempt to locate them and have them transferred to Merry Hill.
Once again thank you for taking the time to contact us,
Yours Sincerely
Toys "R" Us Customer Service

Thanks to Duckstar we can reveal that Toys R Us will be stocking the Transformers Dark of the Moon figures from next Monday, the 16th of May 2011. Here is what he has said.
I was wondering if the UK release date was the same as the US over here. I emailed Toys R Us to see when they would be out.
This is what I was emailed back:
Dear Mr Hughes,
Thank you for your recent e-mail.
I can confirm that the release date for the range in the UK is also 16/05/11.
I hope that this is of help to you.
Should you have any further queries, please do not hesitate to contact us again.

I've got two new Transformers Toy Galleries for you today. The first is a small mirror of some images which recently appeared on ebay for a clear Transformers Collectors Editon / Encore Dirge toy
The second for our latest Transformers purchase, the 25th Anniversary Transformers Universe Darkwind toy. This figure is a recoloured version of Transformers Universe Silverbolt using the Generation One Darkwing colours. Darkwind was the combined form of Dreadwind and Darkwing in the original Transformers Series.

Now we've received our set of Wave 1 Transformers Animated toys, as well as buying Wave 2 and 3 figures which have been released in the UK, we still have a few more released items to pick up, we've hoping to work our way quickly through the toys adding them to Transformers Animated.com to expand the rather sparse toy gallery section.
