They are worth money. I've made good cash on almost all my Armada and Energon sales.
List the item at the price you want to sell it for (minimum). That way if it sells then great, if not then just keep relisting it on free listing weekends until someone bites - and they will.

You may also want to review how you present your auctions - text, photos, etc, if you are not getting any/many bids.
