Sideshow Firefly - image heavy
Some shots of my Cobra Saboteur Firefly from Sideshow. This guy is loaded with extras. Magazine pounches for the pistol and SMG, silencers for both guns, radio, yellow and green smoke, flash bangs (x2), frag grenades (x5), mines (actually magnetic!) (x4), suitcase bomb (x2), and radio detonator.

Gorgeous!

I've been resisting the Sideshow figs... far too expensive to army build... but that does look mighty tasty!

Re: Sideshow Firefly - image heavy
Firefly is my favourite Cobra agent, so definitely one I have wanted since I first saw pics. I'd love to get more, but like you said, they're just too pricey. The Cobra Sniper and Beach head look really smart though.
I read that Sideshow have a female body coming, so it'll be interesting to see them start doing the likes of Baroness, Scarlett and Jaye.

Not sure if there are any other characters that i'd see as 'must haves'. Tunnel Rat and Chuckles are cool though, if they did them (long shot for Chuckles I guess) i'd definitely consider them. If they did a Destro or Serpentor i'd have to consider that too.

I'm still on the fence about picking up the diorama Cobra throne.

NOOOOOooooooooo!!

I'd forgoten about those. Now I want them. Man I knew comming back here was a mistake. I really want a Firefly and Beach Head. Wouldn't have minded a Snakeeyes and Stormshadow to face off, but Stormy looks too clothy. Prefer his sleeveless look. I dont think the white gi comes off well in actual cloth at that scale.

I've resisted Sideshow and Hot toys so far, I'm not sure I have much space for 12 inch figures. Although some of them look compleatly awesome.

Nice pictures, Firefly vs Terminators would be an awesome movie.

Would love to have a set of Hot Toy's Predators, Aliens and Termys myself. Plus the first Pred Ahnuld and crew too fight them off.

I may get firefly too see how I feel about the scale of them. I have no real 12 inch figures so I cant really wrap my head around their scale and feel yet.

I've always had the fear that when you get to that size they stop being action figures and become dolls. Nowt wrong with that of course but not something I'd want to collect. Maybe it's the material clothes.

Indeed. For some reason sculpted clothes seem to be ok in my head but as soon as they start being real material I start thinking its a doll.

A badass one though Big Grin

Less cloth on today's arrival Wink

http://www.transformertoys.co.uk/discuss...=76&t=4661

I used to not be interested in the 1/6 scale myself. The day I got the Hot Toys Dutch from Predator changed all that though, and I haven't looked back since.
They are crazy expensive, so I have to pick and choose the ones I buy, but just love them all. I've got my T1 T-800 pre-ordered and also intend to get more Iron Man 2 ones.
I hope that Hot Toys get the Cap and Thor licenses for next year as a WWII and Modern Cap in the 1/6 scale would rock!

Re: Sideshow Firefly - image heavy
The voice in my head won again. Ordered a Firefly this morning.

Just as well I got all my christmas shopping out of the way last week.

lol I know he comes packed with explosives but I'm already looking at buying some more grenades. Maybe a shotgun and some sort of tool kit if I can find something like that.
