My little sister has made plans for a TV series to put on a kids channel. It is about unique animals living on a magical island called Puppyville. How would I go about getting it on TV?

seriously, you need to send your ideas to tv companies and await responses. but make sure you record and protect your creations as they may copy them and make huge fortunes from your idea.

Yeah if you send an idea in to a TV show without it copyrighted, and they like it, then they'll just do it themselves.

As Streaker mentions ouTube is a good place to start, get a cult following and then who knows.
