There has been a few updates over the last few days to the status of some of Hasbro's Transformer Trademark applications. The ones that are of the most interest are the registrations for Sledge, Wideload and Superion Maximus as they have all been abandoned by the US Patent and Trademark Office due to lack or late reponse. Several others are have now been filed for opporsition, pending approval or, in the case of Hardtop, have had further requests for information so a temporary refusal has been issued.
