Gamesradar has posted an article titled 15 things you need to know about Transformers: Fall of Cybertron. The 15 "need to know" points are listed below, but the article expands on each of them. Click here to read the article over on gamesradar. A couple of the more interesting points, Vortex can also transform into a jet and Gregg Berger will be voicing Grimlock!
The plot begins immediately after War for Cybertron
It has one campaign with different characters
At least one Transformer has more than two forms
Every Transformer has a unique ability
Like Jazz's a grappling hook...
Or Optimus Prime's control of the massive Metroplex...
Or the Combaticons' ability to turn into Bruticus...
Grimlock is in the game
...and he can transform into a fire-breathing robotic T-Rex
You can buy and upgrade gear
Cybertron is no longer flat
Nolan North voices an archeologist
There's more ammo this time
There's no campaign co-op
Character creation is insane

The LA Times has written a scene by scene description of the Transformers: The Ride
During the queue pre-show, riders are recruited to join the Autobots in an alien robot showdown with the Decepticons.
The queue winds through the NEST military base, with video screens
explaining the ride's back story, and past an AllSpark containment
chamber that houses a glowing module containing the source of life for
all Transformers.
At the loading station, riders climb into a blue Autobot vehicle
known as Evac, which explains the mission: Protect the AllSpark from the
Decepticons.
Scene 1: A mechanical Decepticon tiger named Ravage grabs the
AllSpark, leaps onto Evac's hood and claws at the passengers. Evac
escapes by driving erratically.
Scene 2: Bumblebee, an Autobot that can transform into a Volkswagen
Beetle, rescues Evac from the motorcycle-bot Sideways and entrusts the
riders to protect the AllSpark. Evac flees the scene by crashing through
a wall and plowing through city traffic.
Scene 3: Megatron, leader of the Decepticons, attacks Evac before
the Autobots' leader, Optimus Prime, comes to the rescue. During the
battle, Evac's riders narrowly escape Grindor's spinning helicopter
blades.
Scene 4: Evac drives evasively as Megatron gives chase. The evil
robot eventually captures Evac, who struggles and manages to break free.
Scene 5: Riders feel the heat of a tremendous explosion after
Megatron fires a missile at Evac, who maneuvers to avoid the oncoming
shell. Evac escapes through a hole blown in the side of a building by
the missile.
Scene 6: Evac gets sucked into a whirling vortex generated by Devastator, a Decepticon created by combining several robots.
Scene 7: Sideswipe, a Lamborghini Autobot, saves Evac and the pair
race through city streets battling Decepticons along the way. During the
high-speed chase, Evac fires a weapon at Bonecrusher, a bulldozer
Decepticon.
Scene 8: Evac manages to escape a second encounter with Devastator
only to be grabbed by Starscream's grappling hook. The F-15 fighter jet
Decepticon flings Evac through the air, sending the hero robot crashing
into a building.
Scene 9: Optimus Prime and Megatron battle in a showdown between the alien robot leaders.
Scene 10: Autobot helicopters fire on Starscream, giving Evac a brief respite.
Scene 11: In the finale, Optimus Prime and Megatron continue their
fight on top of a skyscraper. Falling from the building, Megatron pulls
Evac over the edge with him and they hurtle headfirst toward street
below. At the last possible moment, Bumblebee leaps up and catches Evac.
Scene 12: With Megatron defeated, Optimus Prime congratulates Evac
and the rider recruits on a mission accomplished. With the ride over,
Evac heads to the unloading station where the passengers disembark

AsiaOne.com are reporting that Transformers: The Ride will open in Singapore on December the third.
Here is a copy of the announcement
Come 3 December, Universal Studios Singapore (USS) will launch the world's first theme park attraction based on Hasbro's iconic Transformers brand.
Planning for this ride had started even before Resorts World Sentosa was built. From conceptualisation to construction, the latest theme park ride of USS took over four years to complete.
This motion thrill ride will showcase the most advanced evolution of immersive theme park entertainment.
The attraction will feature 12 scenes, comprising sets blended seamlessly with hyper-realistic 3-D digital media and special effects to bring tactile realism to every moment.
A spokesperson from Resorts World Singapore told AsiaOne that the ride duration is approximately four minutes, and that the ride is currently in a testing phase where it is put through thousands of hours of test cycles.
In this latest ride at USS, guests will be transported onboard advanced motion-based ride vehicles into the Transformers universe, and partake in the ultimate 3D battle against the Decepticons right alongside the Autobots.
Enlisted as NEST recruits, guests are tasked to help the Autobots protect a remaining shard of the ALLSPARK – a powerful energy cube that gives life to the Transformers. As the Decepticons attack the facility in a bid to obtain the shard, guests will be introduced to a new Autobot – EVAC – created exclusively for the ride.
EVAC is a stealth transportation Autobot stationed on Earth designed to transport personnel and classified materials at hyper speeds. For the ride, park guests will board EVAC and zip through subway tunnels, down city streets and across rooftops, with the Decepticons hot on their heels.
Park guests, especially fans of Transformers, will be thrilled as they come face-to-face – and be transported – by an Autobot. This epic ride experience will allow guests the opportunity to truly "Ride The Movie".
Special year-end holiday packages for Universal Studios Singapore will be rolled out through the Resorts World Sentosa website and authorized travel agents.
Guests signing up for these special packages will receive a Transformers The Ride commemorative souvenir and express entry to the attraction. More details will be available at www.rwsentosa.com.
Transformers movie director Michael Bay will be in S'pore for launch party
Transformers The Ride will celebrate its world premier at an exclusive evening event on December 2.
Michael Bay, director and executive producer of the Transformers blockbuster movies who also served as the attraction's creative consultant, will be in attendance to help commemorate the occasion.
Mr. Michael Bay said: "I am very excited about the debut of this attraction at Universal Studios Singapore. Finally, Transformers fans will not only have the chance to watch the Autobots battle the Decepticons on screen; they will actually be part of the action."

Los Angeles Times have posted a video with British model turned actress Rosie Huntington-Whiteley regarding the chances of Transformers 4 and whether she thinks that Shia LaBeouf could be pursuaded to return.
"We'll see about that," Huntington-Whiteley told Los Angeles Times, Monday at the Hollywood Awards, seemingly doubtful about LaBeouf's statement. Asked if the actor could be persuaded to return for another "Transformers," she replied: "I think so. He'll kill me for saying that."
