Phill created a thread on our message board two days about regarding ASDA importing the US WalMart Exclusives. Well Phill posted an update on what he had been told and here it isWe have recieved numerous requests and questions to obtain some of the Exclusive figures our Parent company provides to it"s USA stores.
We have recieved so many e-mails mentioning them, that it is now being discussed by some of the Purchasing Managers.
The problems we have encountered are that no-one knows if we can simply buy them from the US warehouses and have them delivered to the UK warehouses, or if we have to go through Hasbro UK for them.
A few of the ones you mentioned are no longer avaliable to US Wal Mart stores. If we wished to stock them we would have to get Hasbro UK involved.
Also the e-mails are no indication of sales, as the toys themselves would be aimed at children, and we feel the e-mails are coming from older fans who were around for the original Transformers.
