Transformers Live Action Movie Blog has been updated with a few images from the White Sands set. It reveals that the White Sands is meant to be Egypt (though reported as Jordan), and that the core cast was there filming a fight scene similar to the desert battle from the first movie.
Many extras were on set, with some dressed up as soldiers and others as a strike force. Rumor has it that Sam's parents (actors Julie White and Kevin Dunn) were present, and a future film location may be in Ruidoso, a location in the mountains surrounded by forest, about 30 minutes from Alamogordo.
