In 2007 Titan Books annouced that they were going to be producing a new Transformers comic for the UK market. The comic was to feature both reprints of the IDW Transformers Movie prequal comics as well as brand new stories from Simon Furman. Along side Simon Furman, Titan Books editor Steve White (who worked on the original Marvel UK Transformers comics) as also bought aboard. Other Transformers comic names from the past were bought in including Geoff Senior (UK G1), Nick Roche (UK Armada), Andy Wildman (UK G1).
