Reuters / Hollywood report have published the following story regarding a Transformers Movie ride set fo Universal Studios.

LOS ANGELES (Hollywood Reporter) – "Transformers," the Hasbro toy property that led to Michael Bay's blockbuster film and an upcoming sequel, is being developed as a Universal Studios theme park attraction.

The studio said Monday that the attraction will fuse 3D-HD media, special effects and robotics with a ride system. It's scheduled to debut at Universal Studios Singapore and then at Universal Studios Hollywood, both before summer 2011.

Steven Spielberg, a producer of the 2007 film, is also involved. Spielberg serves as creative consultant to the Universal parks division and has worked with the company on Jurassic Park -- the Ride, an attraction at Universal parks in Orlando, Hollywood and Japan; the E.T. Adventure, in Orlando and Japan; and the "War of the Worlds" sets in Hollywood.

The "Transformers" sequel, "Revenge of the Fallen," is set to be released by Paramount in the U.S. on June 26. The first film raked in more than $700 million at the worldwide box office.

Her real name is Sari Sumdac, but I pressed the "S" instead of the "D" in her name. She is the daughter of famous robotics scientist Isaac Sumdac. In the first 2 seasons of the show, Sari was an 8 year old girl that befriended the Autobots. She usually wears an orange and yellow dress and orange boots. She has red hair she usually kept in pigtails. Later in the show, shefound out that she had no proof of existence. Even later, she hurt her arm revealing a layer of metal and circuitry. Even in the show, Sari upgraded herself into a techno-organic eleven year old girl. She was one of the main human characters in the show.

That would take, 5 seasons of classic sci-fi to explain. Start saving your cash for DVD box sets :-) (It's even got good female role models which for a sci-fi is downright miraculous).

to be fair i can see the appeal of a sauri sumdac show. but it would need to move away from the transformers for it to truly work. but it would end up as a half girl half robot , my dads an inventor , my enemy rides a pony , i look like dee dee from dexters lab kind of show. id probably watch. dee dee rocked ;)

The guy who played the fat dude with the 'tash in NYPD Blues as Fanzone... no, wait, he's dead. Erm, how about Donald Sutherland? Might be a bit old. Or Billy Bob Thornton! I really don't know... As for Sari, you could guarantee it would be Dakota Fanning.

the guy to play fanzone has to be he who played lt eckhart in the first of the batman films. ok ok , it wasnt the first one, the 1989 one, with jack as the joker. cesear was far too old to do it at that point :ugeek: sauri should be played by that sweet thing off countdown. she is poured into those dresses. dont listen to us sarisumdac01, you just keep enjoying animated, i personnally liked the show, dont tell mirage i said that. ;)

sorry , but unless you have cpt fanzone then this show would not work. everyone knows he kept animated together. more agile than prowl, stronger than grimlock, sexier than blackarracnia...... you should do a cpt fanzone show. now that would be cool. he could be saris arresting officer......... :oops: :oops: :roll: :lol: Captain FANZONE?!? *I spit out my drink*. Or maybe, Fanzone could have a junior officer injured and rebuilt using Autobot technology - The Officer, lets call him 'Detective Samophlange' solves crimes (despite his ineptness) aided only by his niece and a dog with a radio... Ooo! Fanzone could give him a message that self destructed everyweek, and everyweek Fanzone would end up with it - with hilarious consequences! Just needs a catchy theme tune... doo de doo de doo Detective Samophlange, doo ded doo de doo de doooooo! Go Samophlange go!

But, the trick will be that it doesn't transform into a robot, it actually transforms into another car! Like a campervan or an estate! No one will see it coming! And the dog will need to be called Cerebros, both in homage to the three head dogdie of myth and lore and also the autobot tying us nicely back to the original Transformers series! And the niece can be called Cent or something....
