Transformers: Fall of Cybertron is out today .. in the US  so expect many a gaming Transformers fan to be tied up today and tomorrow as they rush to be the first to complete the game.

The UK Release date is this Friday, the 24th

GiantBomb.com,a gaming website, have posted a video onto YouTube showing the final version of Transformers: Fall of Cybertron with commentary from High Moon Studio's own Matt Tieger. Transformers: Fall of Cybertron hits retail on August 21st

Amazon.com has been updated with an art book to go along with High Moon Studios Transformers Fall of Cybertron game.

An update to the website has seen the unlocking of six character bios. Optimus Prime, Bumblebee, Cliffjumper, Megatron, Shockwave, and Starscream get the treatment. Included are interactive models of their robot and alternate modes and brief descriptions and a mention of each one's special ability.

The promotion drive for High Moon Studios pcoming Transformers: Fall of Cybertron video game continues in the form of an interview their president, Peter Della Penna, and Marketing Manager, Greg Agiu, have held with TheAlistDaily.com in which they discuss Transformers both at a brand level as well as specifically regarding Transformers: Fall of Cybertron. Some of the highlights include how they obtained the license to make a Transformers game in the first place, how they were tapping up the veteran voice actors to wokr on the products and how they managed to get the Dinobots into the new game. An NDA deadline seems to have passed as various video game websites were updated yesteday with videos of Transformers Fall of Cybertron.

GT TV (GameTailers.com video channel) has posted up a video that includes footage from the Transformers Fall of Cybertron game.  During the video they also annouced that the gameplay follows a single story arc where you will switch between Autobt and Decepticon and that during Optimus Prime's level you will be able to summon Metroplex.

IGN has various screen shots from Transformers Fall of Cybertron, the highly anticipated sequal to Transformers War for Cybertron video game.

Spike.tv have updated their website with a brand new trailer of the upcoming High Moon Studios, Transformers: Fall of Cybertron video game. The game, which is a sequel to Transformers: War for Cybertron, including many characters from the previous game as well as new characters including Bruticus!. TFormers have spotted that Matt Tieger, the Game Director of Transformers Fall of Cybertron (from High Moon Studios) will be attending New York Comic-Con 2011.

Matt was previously in charge of Transformers War for Cybertron.

NYCC kicks off Thursday October 13th until October 16, 2011 at the Jacob Javitz Center. He will be at the Activision Publishing booth as well as attending the Hasbro panel.

Game Informer are continuing their coverage of the upcoming Transforemrs Fall of Cybertron video game with a sneak peek at the new model for Optimus Prime.

Optimsu Prime's new form is reminiscent of Dreamwave's War Within comic series.
