Transformers: Dark of the Moon Hits Theaters June 29, BATTLESHIP Film on Deck for 2012, MY LITTLE PONY Friendship is Magic and Emmy Nominated TRANSFORMERS PRIME Airing on The Hub

(NASDAQ:HAS - News) arrived at the International Licensing Expo counting down the days until the AUTOBOTS and DECEPTICONS invade theaters worldwide again on June 29, 2011 with the release of the new Paramount Pictures film Transformers: Dark of the Moon. Adding to the excitement will be Hasbro licensees across all major categories bringing to market highly innovative, stylish and relevant “More Than Meets the Eye” products to delight TRANSFORMERS fans of all ages.

Cameras continue to roll toward the scheduled May 18, 2012 release of the BATTLESHIP movie, under direction of Hollywood storyteller Peter Berg. As Mr. Berg and Universal Pictures will bring BATTLESHIP to the big screen as an epic action adventure, Hasbro will do the same with its global portfolio of licensees and retailers by building a BATTLESHIP merchandising program that will launch next spring. Having recently been voted the sexist woman in the world by both FHM and Maxim magazines, Transformers: Dark of the Moon leading lady Britain's own Rosie Huntington-Whiteley and Director Michael Bay both attended the Maxim Hot 100 party last night in Hollywood, California.  Thanks to Image.net and Getty Images, we can bring you some photographs of the pair at the event as well as a surprise appearance by Optimus Prime himself, well the truck at least.  The photographs were taken by Getty Images photographers Chrley Gallay, John Shearer and Angela Weiss.

Snakas is reporting that as well as a Transformers: Dark side of the moon TV special is going to air in Japan between April 24th and May 1st 2011 a special Rose O'Neil Kewpie International Bumblebee figure is going to be produced (see below).

First up is a new Decepticon figure called Hatchet.  Hatchet transforms from a jet info a winged cat. Hatchet was not shown of at any of the known Toy Fairs.­  The back of the card reads as follows:
