A Yahoo Japan auction which recently ended was for an assembled but unfinished BotCon 2010 Generation Two Sideswipe.

The figure was from the customising class which was assembly and sold onto a dealer at Botcon. It then made its way to Japan, where is was listed on the Auction site and was won by an overseas bidder using the Rinkya bidding service.

Following up our exclusive gallery of the unreleased hand-painted sample of the BotCon Wreckers Alpha Trion toy, you will now find part 2 of our "Build-up to BotCon" feature. This time we focus on DevCon, a character featured in the BotCon / OTFCC Wreckers, who didn't see a toy released for the convention. 3H did have a hand painted sample made up, although they say that the figure was never intended for a Convention release .. which begs the question "why have the sample made?"
You can see this one of a kind hand painted sample, featuring it's nice metallic red paint, exclusively at Transformers At The Moon. The toy is featured with a grey/green testshot of Beast Machines Mirage - who was the original owner of the mold.

A mockup for a Generation One Micromaster has been listed on ebay by renound prototype Transformers seller senuseret72. The mockup is of Whisper (painted silver).
This auction is for a rare, vintage Transformers mock-up prototype. This piece was created by a Hasbro designer and presented at a line meeting as consideration for a production toy during the early years of the Transformers toy line.
Apparently the designer glued this item and painted it silver as needed for whatever purpose was intended. Entirely hand painted and glued together, this piece represents and early mock up for the vintage Transformers line.
Protoypes and samples for the G1
line rarely surface, Skywarp prototypes and mock-ups surface even less
often. This is an excellent opportunity to add a genuine Gen1 prototype
to your collection.

We have now separated the image gallery containing our Generation One hand painted Hardcopy of Mindwipe into two galleries, one for Mindwipe and the other for Hardcopy Vorath.

Our Prototype and Concept area has been updated with new images of transparencies of some protoytpe Generation One Transformers toys. The images may be hardcopies, although we are not sure, and include Pretenders, Headmasters and Seacons.
