The US Toy Fair took place in New York yesterday, with all the major US based Transformers fansites having people in attendence. Previously to the event Hasbro annouced what they wouild be showing off on the official website (Transformers Movie Prime, Transformers Movie Ultimate Bumblebee as well as the Prime helmet and gun). It was expected that the same toys shown at the UK Toy Fair would be shown, as well as a few of the Movie toys (though we expected most of the Movie toys to not be on display).
So, here's a round-up of what was there :-
Ultimate Movie Bumblebee, Leader Class Optimus Prime, Death Star Darth Vader, AT-AT Walker,
Republic Gunship, Saesee Tiin's jedi Starfighter, Mace Windu Jedi
Starfighter, Rebel Snowspeeder and a Republic Clone Turbo Tank.
As with the UK there was a seperate room for toys not allowed to be photo-graphed. These included Transformers Movie toys, Deluxes and Voyagers, Fast Action Battlers,
Cyber Slammers and a few of the Robot Heroes.
TFW2005 have a
round up of images and news.
Seibertron have their
round-up as well.

Star Wars fansite
ThePrivateUniverse had several images taken from the UK Toyfair, including one of the Death Star Star Wars Transformers toy. The images have since been removed at the request of Hasbro, but had already been mirrored by several Transformers fan-sites.
We shall respect Hasbro's wishes and will not be mirroring the image, but if you wish to view it you can see it at
The Allspark (who first noticed the image).

Action-Figure.com have a report from the UK Toyfair regarding a future Star Wars: Transformers toy, a Darth Vader Death Star!
"The item in question is a new Star Wars Transformer. It's Darth
vader, and the one I saw stood 10 - 12" tall (at a guess). Whilst I
don't collect the Star Wars Transformers line, I instantly recognised
that it wasn't the one that transforms into Darth Vader's TIE Fighter.
Instead this one transforms into the Death Star. I didn't see it
transformed, so have no idea how good or bad it looks, but I expact
we'll see it at the US ToyFair next month."Once again, thanks to Seibertron for the spot.
