With Transformers: Cybertron edging closer, and more of the US names no doubt being decided, one name that, presently, will not be used is Quickstrike. As of May 7th, the Trademark registration that Hasbro had for this name has expired. If you recently received a letter from the United States Bankruptcy Court regarding 3H Productions Inc., you should expect to receive a follow-up letter at anytime. This letter is regarding the notice of amended 341 meeting of creditors due to trustee conflict. Basically their is a new appointed trustee and a new date and venue for the meeting of creditors. Of course, it is near-impossible for non-US residents to make it to the meeting with the documents that are required, and so their 'cases' wil be discharged.
