Vivid Reshift of The Allspark have posted a scan from special edition of the magazine kidscreen which confirms that Transformers Prime Beast Hunters will be the final season of the show before a new animated series starts in late 2014.
As for Hasbro's established stable of series, which drive the programming on its US joint venture network The Hub, the 13 episodes of Transformers Prime Beast Hunters due to launch this year represent the final chapter of the Transformers Prime story. It has grown to encompass 65 half-hour episodes that continue to roll out around the world. Look for a 75-minute Transformers Prime Beast Hunters movie to hit DVD shelves in Q4.
But that's note the end for Transformers. Arnesen says a "new iteration of the animated TV series" is slated for delivery in late 2014, which looks like it might be shaping up to be the year of Autobots, given that audiences are already expecting the fourth live-action blockbuster in July.
You can view the scan of the magazine article below.

Just to prove that there will be more Transformers coming out this year than we all saw at the US Toy Fair, ACToys.net have posted three images of a previously un-announced Transformers Generations Beast Wars Megatron which will be a recolour of the FoC Grimlock with a new head . Will this figure be a general release? an Asian exclusive? Could it be part of the Asian TV series which is in the works? Time will tell.

TFW2005 have posted an article covering what was shown during Hasbro Incs Toy Fair 2013 Investor Event Webinar. There was not a great deal of new information coming out of the event with the exception of the announcement of a brand new Chinese exclusive Transformers TV series which is currently in production.
"We have Transformers: Prime in China" said Goldner. "And we are also developing a new TV Series for Transformers indigenous to the Chinese Market. Transformers is one of the popular brands there. The brand was there in the 80s so we are making a Brand New TV Series that is produced in China with Chinese partners and will air in CCTV [China Central Television]."
Whether the show will be dubbed into English as Car Robots was when it became Transformers: Robots In Disguise or whether the show will remain exclusive to the Chinese like Beast Wars II and Beast Wars Neo did for Japan will not be known for a couple of years though in our estimation I would not expect it to be dubbed.
Whether the series will be based around the Chinese MMO, the Asian exclusives, toys not used within the main show or new characters and toys remains to be seen, but since Hasbro are pushing heavily into the Asian market, especially China, we would not be suprised to see the line feature new recolours as well as some exclusive molds much like Beast Wars II and Beast Wars Neo.
