TFW2005 has a story that Wal-Mart are dropping the Transformers Attacktix line. This move falls in with the company's toy strategy that Transformers are less important to them when compared to Spiderman 3 and Pirates of the Carribean 3 toys. You can read about Wal-Mart's 2007 toy plans in an earlier news article.
ComicNewsI has a "teaser trailer" for the comic book cross-over between Marvel and IDW in their Avengers / Transformers Cross-Over. It's rather odd that a teaser video trailer be made for a comic, but I guess it's another indication of how "big" Transformers is at the moment.
The third member of the Transformers Club combiner team member, Breakaway, had finally been shown off on the Transformers Club website. Our membership expired on the 2nd of February this year, so we will not be getting the final three members of the team via the fan-club, but we hope to pick up the toy at BotCon.
With BotCon a few months away, and as we're currently re-doign the entire website (new server, code, database) I decided it was about time to update my 3.2 mega pixel Fuji to a better camera, so I ordered it on Sunday and it arrived today. You can see a few images of our collection, taken with my new camera on our Transformers Forum, Sake Comments.
TFW2005 received Hasbro stock images of the upcoming Transformers Titanium Ultra Magnus and Titanium War Within Megatron. Only the latter has yet to be featured on AcToys.

JRS Toyworld owner Bill posted a story on TFW2005's message board yesterday regarding why they are canceling all of their orders of MP-05 Megatron. It appears that they have heard three rumours regarding the situation of MP-05 Megatron. We weren't intending to report the story when we read it yesterday, as it just contained rumours, but it's still an interesting story.
