Thanks to Steve Bax for letting us know that his site, OneShallStand.com, are running a "First to play, first to see" competition in association with Paramount Pictures and Activision. The competition is like the one in the Official Playstation 2 Magazine where the winner will spend the day at Paramount Pictures in London getting the chance to play the Transformers Movie game and also to see an advance screening of the film. We've updated our Transformers Movie Official Image Archive area with six high resolution images of the Transformers Movie advertising posters. These include a massive copy of the poster titled Humans, which is to be used as the next Transformers Movie poster for the UK. Some of these files are extremely large, so they may take a long time to view.
Michael Bay's blog, Shoot for the Edit, has been updated with a small video showing part of an auction sequence with Optimus Prime and Decepticon Bonecrusher from the Transformers Movie.

The Transformers Movie "sports", featued on the Pre Show for the MTV Movie Awards. can be found at AutobotsRollOut.com, and click 'Exclusive Footage' on the left. You will have to enter an email address before being able to see the clips.
The first clip is a behind the scenes feature showing off some of the insane explosions. The final three show exclusive clips from the movie as well as the spoof that was shown during the awards. This clip shows the full transformation of Optimus Prime as Sarah Silverman looks for a presenter of an upcoming Award. Along with this, we get to see Prime try to slide his way into getting picked for that honor.
Glu have put a demo of their Transformers Movie game on the Glu Games website, which runs an emulated version of their game. Expect to see the game advertised in various magazines over the next few weeks / months.

Snakas has posted a few updates on his site which includes news that Jusco stores in Japan giving away stickers of the images from the Transformers Movie. There are five different stickers in total, Optimus Prime, Bumblebee, Jazz, Barricade and Blackout. He also reports that DAIKI industry have released their Transformers figures which you can view here. They will be 25cm in height including a stand.

Pathe Cinema will host a special early showing of Transformers on July 1st at 10.00 hrs in Scheveningen in The Netherlands. Tickets can be reserved through ACME Movie store, tickets are limited and guests will recieve a special goodiebag. The regular Dutch release of the Transformers Movie isn't until July 5th.

Thanks to Shadowdancer for reporting the following.
"Megatron and Optimus Prime are in Entertainer at £39.75 each nice toys both are in robot form with "try me" front panels they also have TF bubble bath and mr potato head,and small Ratchet, Jazz, Bumblebee etc also has a grab Prime (FAB) and Ratchet and voice prime head."
So it looks like the Movie figures are in stock in some Entertainer stores around the country, those most stores (not just The Entertainer) are due to receive the leaders next weekend.

Seibertron have a very interesting report on the Transformers Movie Voice-Changer Optimus Prime helmet. The story tells of the two versions of the helmet, one with Peter Cullen's voice and the other with a different voice-actor. The versions are clearly marked, so have a look at the comparison image before you buy one (if you're intending to).

The Voyager Blackout gallery contains images showing the "hair" that was wrapped around our toy within his box (ewwww) as well as the stress markings on one of the plastic clips. If you find your Blackout figure also has been packaged with someone's hai, then contact Hasbro's Customer service team. You'll find the number on the box.

There is a new video on Reuters website from the international Transformers Movie marketing tour. Currently they are in Tokyo Japan. The video includes comments from Megan Fox and Shia Lebouf.

Since today is the official launch day we thought we'd post another story with the direct links to where you can buy the Transformers Movie figures from your favourite High Street Stores.
Woolworths do not, currently, have any listings online, but they will no doubt be added in the next few days. As soon as they are added, you can count on Transformers At The Moon to bring you the direct links.
The Entertainer are currently offering 25% off some of the Movie figures. Click here to view all of the listings.
Blackout and Ratchet, £20, are also in the Buy One get One Half Price deal. We went for that, although our Blackout had hair from a Hasbro factory worker on it!
