Zinc Panic report here that Tomy - Takara have released their new corporate vision and business strategy which outlines that the companies focus will switch primarily to its toy sector and away from electrical and other goods. They plan to cut their current 7,800 circulating products down to the hottest selling 5,400 over the next three years and will also be cutting 15% of their combined workforce.

As of yesterday, 23rd August 2005, the mark of Autobot Ratchet has been officially registered to Hasbro Inc by the US Trademark and Patent Office. The trademark will registration will last between 3 and 5 years depending on its usage. You can view the details in our Hasbro Trademark area here
