We opened our 30th Anniversary "IDW Bumblebee" today to discover a quality control issue which we do not believe has been reported thus far. The figure has been assembled with his right shoulder joint on backwards which means that the figure becomes impossible to transform.
The fix is really simple, just take off the back, remove the piece and turn it around, then put him back together again. We are currently uploading a very short raw YouTube video to help highlight the issue which will be online soon.
Our recent Tranformers buying habit has not been great for QC, our MP Frenzy has two right hands, Jinbu had the normal QC issue, Bumblebee has this QC issue though none have been as bad as the state our Lazerback was in when we picked him up earlier in the year.

On Sunday TF Upgrader posted an album to their Facebook page which showed new images of the upcoming Fans Project Retro Futures GlaciaLord team. The images include the first look at Tusker, the Mammoth and body of the gestalt team.
The Retro Futures concept is to produce new figures designed to look as if they are from the 1980s complete with vintage instruction manuals, boxes printed with wear and half used sticker sheets. The figures themselves consist of a small robot and an outer "mech" suit with the inner robot becoming the head and chest plate. This look keeps the limbs styled like the 1980s combiner teams where their counterparts had undersized heads compared to their bodies.
The figures are compatible with G1 combiners and are also "scramble" compatible. You can view the new images after the jump.

eBay seller lena81822 have posted a series of auctions for the upcoming Megatron ATB from the Transformers Generations Line. The auctions include some new images of the figure though they are mis-transformed. You can view the images by clicking on the heading of this article where they are attached.
This is a big warning thanks to X20 Toys who have pointed out that fake MP Lambor (Sideswipes) have been spotted on the market, which they are also selling themselves. The toys, and it's box, does have some differences to the original figure with the differences being highlighted in a selection of images which you can find below.
The Differences
The KO's box has a smaller "star-burst" effect (see the images below)
The second difference is with the colour of the red plastic which has been used. The K/O is a slightly lighter shade as shown in this next image.
The next difference to look for is a dark paint application around the headlights which is missing from the knock-off version.
The head sculpt uses the new TigerTracks sculpt which pretty much confirms that it was QA rejects which have been reverse engineed to make this K/O
Another difference with the box, is the hologram which is different as you can see from the image below.
Finally, and this one is for the retailers, the figures are being sold in fake mailers, however these are horizontally stacked rather than vertically
X20 Toys have also given some additional information on the figure which is selling for just under $40 saying that the figure will be released at the end of July 2013 and that the plastic will be a cheaper / lighter quality compared to the TakaraTomy version.
We here at Transformers At The Moon encourage everyone to keep an eye out for these figures being passed off as official and also warn everyone to expect to see K/O versons of Alert (Red Alert) also hitting the market later as well as TigerTracks and possible other recolours in the future if this K/O proves popular.
