With the Transformers Revenge of the Fallen toys due for release before the Autumn / Winter Argos catalogue is released (start of August), either they will not be stocking the line, or most likely the figures will replace the 25th Anniversary ones nearer the time.

It's been a few months but Transformers Animated.com has been updated with a new poll.  This time it asks the simple question "Which Transformers Season 3 Autobot are you most looking forward to seeing?".  The options are all from Rodimus Prime's crew:-

An auction has appeared on ebay confirming the profile for Transformers Animated Safeguard, the combined form of Jetfire and Jetstorm.

Bio: "Created using the most advanced techniques known to autobot science, jetstorm and jetfire were cloned from tech recovered from starscream. Brought online in a secret laboratory deep beneath cybertron, they are the first autobots created specifically to battle the decepticons. Though they are young, they are extremely intelligent, working their way through the Elite Guard boot camp in record time. Thanks to S250 for posting the first image of the character design for a robotic Sari for Transformers Animated season 3.  At the end of Season 2 it it was revealed, as many Transformers Animated fan had already guessed, that Sari had robotic parts.

Yizhi has posted his latest Transformers Animated toys on TF08.net, this time featuring the Generation One coloured repaint of Transformers Animated Shockwave.

Yizhi has posted more images of Transformers Animated Samurai Armour Prowl on TF08.net as the latest Transformers testshot which he has picked up which you can buy.

The figure is the remolded version of the Deluxe Animated Prowl toy which comes with a side car and samurai armour, which was featured in an episode of Transformers Animated.

The latest edition of the Master Collector magazine, by Fun Publications, includes some interesting previously un-known Transformers Animated figures.  The   toys are mainly recolours, although the listing for Arcee and a Voyager Bumblebee are new.  

The toys listed are Arcee and Electrostatic Soundwave (both deluxes), along with Hydrodrive Bumblebee and Golfire Grimlock (both Voyagers).

Hasbro has mentioned that this new version of Soundwave won't come with Laserbeak but with a new "cassette" minion - most likely Buzzsaw, a re-coloured version of the Laserbeak guitar.

TF08.net's Yizhi has posted a new item for sale in the form of Transformers Animated Sunstorm, the orange recoloured version of Transformers Animated Starscream.

TFW2005 also have more images of the toy which include comparison shots to Starscream and Skywarp.

S250 has posted an image of Transformers Animated Blackout's alternative mode, a Decepticon spaceship, on his blog.

This is the first image of the Guardian robot killing machine in alternative form.

Transformers Animated.com, the internet's first Transformers Animated website, has been updated with three new galleries provided by members of the site. The new galleries include Transformers Animated Activators Starscream, Deluxe Sentinel Prime and Deluxe Swoop.

s250 has posted an image on his blog revealing the alt mode for the Transformers Animated Season 3 character Strika.  The image has been mirrored below.

TFW2005 have conducted an interview with Transformers Animated designer Derrick Wyatt.

The interview includes information on several Transformers Animated season 3 characters such as Rodimus Prime, Shockwave, Waspinator and Blurr, as well as including a few design images of Kickback and a bald, western, Issac Sumdac.
