BotCon have updated their Twitter page with an image of Transformers Animated Cumplezone (from Transformers Cybertron / Galaxy Force).  The character, now an Autobot, appears in the comic Transformers Timelines issue 6.

MTV Geek! has received an exclusive first look at the BotCon 2011 Transformers Timelines conic featuring the Transformers Animated Sunticons.

Thanks to HK-TF there are more in hand images of the Million Publishing exclusive Transformers Animated Elite Guard Optimus Prime toy, which is now shipping.

Other then the two images that were posted on Botcon.com showing Transformers Animated Motormaster another two images of the toy were also released (prior to the group shot).  The first was released on TwitPic and was the concept design by Derrick J Wyatt (see below) and the second was posted on the Transformers Collectors Club Facebook page that shows the wax head sculpt of Motormaster.  This gives fans a better chance to see the Lemmy inspired handlebar moustache.  Out of respect for the wax image we will not be mirroring the image until after Botcon so to view the image please click here to visit the facebook page.

Derrick J Wyatt, father of Transformers Animated, has posted two images on TwitPic showing his vision of what an Transformers Animated Predaking and Transformers Animated Bruticus would look like.  You can view the original posts here and here as well as mirrored below.

Well I called it.  BotCon 2011 DragStrip has been revealed as a recolour of Transformers Animated Arcee.  There were questions over which character would use the Arcee mold, though in my mind the name "Drag" Strip gave it away.

Late last night BotCon.com was updated with images of the second convention exclusive toy, Transformers Animated Breakdown.

TF Archive has posted a translation of Transformers Animated The Cool issue 10.

The comic is a loose adaptation of TransWarped part 3.

The BotCon Twitter page has been updated with the announcement that this years Botcon theme will indeed be Transformers Animated and that Derrick J Wyatt, art director on the show has been instumental with the designs.

­On the 11th Jan, KOToys.com posted images of a new knock-off Transformer that is being made be by CHMS, Transformers Animated Arcee.  The toy will be released using the Japanese colour scheme on a reproduced card backing.  Later they will be recolouring the toy as the Paradon Medic and, most likely, other recolours.  You can view 6 images below a lot more over on the KOToys.com foums.

In the past KOToys had been known for stating that many Chinese factories that reverse toy moulds to produce knoco-offs were finding it hard to reverse the Animated figures and produce quality reproductions. That no longer seems to be the case.
