Two Auctions have appeared on Chinese site Taobao for what appears to be BotCon 2013 Machine Wars Sandstorm.  The toy is a recoloured version of Transformers Dark of the Moon Sandstorm

TakaraTomy have announced that the newest addition to the Masterpiece family will by Generation 2 Sideswipe.  The figure is more than just a black repaint of MP Lambor, as he will be a retool with new weapons and tyres.

In addition to this announcement at the Tokyo ToyShow, TakaraTomy also announced that as a part of their 30th anniversary celebrations of the Transformers line they will be holding a "Fan's Choice" poll to decide which Cybertron (Autobot) leader should be made into a Masterpiece Figure.  The choices are:

Fortress Maximus, God Ginrai (Powermaster Optimus Prime), Star Saber, Dia Atlas, Beast Convoy (Optimus Primal), Lio Convoy, Big Convoy, Fire Convoy (RiD Optimus Prime), Super Convoy (Armada Convoy), Grand Convoy (Superlink Convoy) or Galaxy Convoy (Cybertron Convoy).  you can view some images from the event below thanks to Twitter users GENgoraw, ripetakobozu and MORILEO0814

Robotkingdom have posted a collection of in-package images of Transformers Generations Voyager Sandstorm figure who is a retooled and repainted version of the previously released Voyager Springer toy.  The images, wich can be viewed below, also show his bio which is as follows:

Michael Bay has posted a new image to his Flickr account of the Chevrolet Sonic RS with the caption "The Ultimate Sonic RS, just pure fun.". This is agood sign that the vehicle will feature within Transformers 4 in one form (as a Transformer or being the vehicle of a human) or another.  You can view the image below.

TFW2005 member ChErikS  has managed to get his hands on a pre-released boxed sample of the US release of Transformers Generations Titan Metroplex.

He has taken various images of the toy as well as documenting how its: packaged and the sound samples, which are;

Instagram has once again played host to more on-set image from Transformers 4 .  Thisi time showing the orignial Optimus Prime and Bumblebee vehicles.

Does this mean the two will appear in flashbacks, or will they start the movie in their old forms and then Transscan into the new forms?

The news title is a little odd, but the item in question looks really nice.  The foke at TFG2 have posted up some images of what they say is a toy based on the Transformers Fall of Cybertron Swoop design which transforms into a cassette which will fit inside Transformers Masterpiece Soundwave.
