Hasbro has finally confirmed their combined universe cross-over set for SDCC is real! We first heard rumours of this set back around February but it only today that Hasbro have confirmed that it is happening with the release of a series of images of the SDCC 2017 Shared Exclusive set called Revolution Toy Package. The set features:

2. Roadblock from G.I.Joe Renegades
3. Matt Tracker from M.A.S.K
4. Action Man from Action Man
5. Rom The Space Knight

Hasbro has issued a new press release announcing their events, and pricing for those events, as well as their updated panel schedule which includes items for both fans of Transformers and G.I.Joe.  

The events cost $200 + tax ontop of your entry price with the Transformers and G.I Joe panels clashing so fans of both franchises, such as this website, would have to choose.

We have found some new trademarks filed with the USPTO by Hasbro Inc. The trademarks are:

In a Facebook update, Hasbro have released a video covering some of the Transformers experiences for HasCon 2017. They mention meet and greets with the teams, Stan Bush performing, Peter Cullen and Frank Welker, a Hascon exclusive (which they don't reveal), as well as confirming that there will be panels revealing the 2018 line-up.

TFW2005 member bla has posted some pictures of his in-hand Titans Returns Trypticon figure which is due for official release later this month. You can check out the images here.

This is an original recording from the 1984 Transformers Cartoon featuring a one on one session between director Wally Burr and actor Chris Latta.

The session was to record four minutes of library sounds for the Decepticon Laserbeak.

For 32 years it was believed that Frank Welker was the voice of Laserbeak.  Whilst posting some of the original Transformers Generation One session recordings it was noticed, by Chris McFeely, that the Laserbeak squawks sounded like Chris Latta.  Further recordings would indeed prove this hypothesis.

Please sit back and enjoy this previously never hear session between two Transformers greats.  

Planet Iacon revealed the first solicitation for a re-release of Masterpiece Lambor is coming in the form of MP-12+. There are no details as yet on what the plus will be, though it is expect to be a recolour perhaps to be more show accurate or with additional accessories. You can view the reveal on Facebook.

Registrations for CybFest 2017, the unofficial Transformers fan convention held within the Pacific North West of the United States, is now live. You can register for CybFest NW — The Cybertronian Festival as an attendee or a dealer. General admission is $10 for those aged 9 or over, with concessions for 5-8 year olds being $5 and under 5s are free. For dealers and artists there are five teirs available ranging from $30 to $75. 

CybFest 2017 will be held on August 19th, 2017, at the Kent Commons Community Center in Kent, Washington.
